O’Brien Fine Foods are approved to produce pork, poultry and beef products across our three BRC approved production facilities. The processing capabilities available to us over our three manufacturing sites enable us to produce products to a large variety of varying specifications.
Craft Butchers with over 25 years of experience can be found amongst our boners, as well as key personnel who have been with the business for over 20 years. In conjunction with this, we have developed robust supply channels for both raw materials and ingredients. This coupled with our NPD process enables us to deliver on time to the required specification on a consistent basis.
