O’Brien Fine Foods are approved to produce pork, chicken and beef products over our two plants. The processing capabilities available to us over the two factories enable us to produce products to a large variety of varying specifications.

Craft Butchers with over 25 years of experience can be found amongst our Boners, as well as key personnel who have been with the business for over 20 years.

Our strong and well established relationship with the blue chip machinery suppliers ensures we keep at the cutting edge of the industry and have the ability to respond in a timely manner to the ever changing market and customer requirements.

In conjunction with this, we have developed robust supply channels for both raw materials and ingredients. This coupled with our NPD process enables us to deliver on time to the required specification on a consistent basis.
